Karolina Kowalska-Paluch

She graduated from the COSINUS post-secondary school in Wrocław, gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to work as a dental assistant. For 5 years she has been working in this profession, supporting doctors during procedures in pedodontics (treatment under sedation), conservative dentistry, endodontics under a microscope (four-handed dentistry), prosthetics, orthodontics, and surgery.

Thanks to her diligence and conscientiousness, she makes every effort to ensure that each patient feels safe and comfortable during their visit. She continually improves her qualifications by attending training courses and earning numerous certificates, which allows her to provide care at the highest level.

She joined the DENTAXO team in 2024. In addition to assisting during procedures, she is also responsible for supplying the clinic, monitoring the quality of services provided, and building a positive image of the facility. She values a good atmosphere, a culture of cooperation, and mutual respect – values she considers the foundation of an effective and well-coordinated team.
