Tooth fluoridation – what is it?
Fluoridation is a prophylactic dental treatment, which involves the application of a preparation – in the form of varnish, gel, foam or by means of electricity (iontophoresis) – rich in fluoride to the teeth. This element effectively strengthens enamel and protects teeth from decay.

- drink and eat for 1 hour after the procedure;
- consume spicy foods, acidic foods, carbonated beverages and sticky products that settle on the teeth;
